Glenn currently leads Mercer Transitions, a division of Patterson Dental. He has over 22 years of business and law firm transactions experience, including 17 years’ experience specifically with dental practice transitions. He has handled hundreds of dental practice transitions around the U.S., and is proud of his high success rate among his completed transitions. His areas of expertise include contracts, partnerships, coaching, tax planning, practice analysis and dental valuations. Prior to joining Mercer Transitions in 1999 he earned his Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University and his Law Degree at the University of British Columbia. Mr. Mah worked as an attorney in several law firms and as in-house legal counsel with RBC Royal Bank. Glenn has an unconditional commitment to the success of each and every transition client he works with. He enjoys the personal coaching opportunities with his clients and diligently ensures that their journey through transitions is a successful one.
National Transitions Sales Manager
Mike and his team are the “initial diagnosticians” on the Patterson Connect team. Mike ensures that all initial inquiries about our services are addressed with an initial phone consultation. During this consultation, we will discover what the vision and goals of the practice owner are, determine if a practice transition is a fit, and if so what that would look like for the specific needs of the doctor. With his extensive knowledge of the business of dentistry from his over 20 years of industry experience, Mike has coached thousands of dentists on identifying and optimizing their practice growth, as well as opportunities for a successful, win-win transition.
Senior Recruiting Manager
As Senior Recruiting Manager for Patterson Connect, Shayne oversees the targeted recruiting and marketing strategies for doctors who are looking to transition an associate into their practice. She works closely with practices across the country that are looking to identify their ideal associate by implementing strategic advertising strategies, working with state and local dental organizations, networking with dental schools across the country, and acting as a liaison between interested parties throughout the interview process. Shayne also keeps in constant contact with associates who have their profiles posted on our Patterson Connect website and identifies associates that would be a good fit for practices that have decided to go forward with a transition.
